At Boreal HR, I believe that strong people practices are foundational to sustainable business growth—especially in the early days of building something new. That’s why I’m excited to announce that I’m now offering pro bono HR consulting for startups.

This initiative is designed for founders and early-stage teams who are passionate about their product but may not yet have access to dedicated HR support.
